When people ask us to design an interior of house to make it on one hand the most comfortable, and on the other hand, strikingly unusual, in most cases we suggest building in the room a rocky composition with a waterfall or with an aquarium. Indeed, what can be more unusual than a waterfall in a bedroom or in a director's office? And what can pacify better than a sight of water flows, purling down over mossy stones, or bright goldfishes, frolicking among green plants?

Rocky compositions are made from natural stone. However, they are not very heavy, as the stone is used for their covering only, while the inside of the rock is filled with polyurethane foam or other light materials. This allows placing such compositions even in ordinary apartments, where the permissible load on the floor is very limited.

The rocks' appearance would benefit if they are decorated with natural or artificial plants, crystal druses (rock crystal, amethyst, smoky quartz) and sea shells, which also can cover the bottom of your pool. Waterfall (fountain) should necessarily have backlighting. Highly illuminated water looks warm and clean. If the water is dark, it looks cold, dirty and even ominous.
